A beautiful spot for sure, but as far as the photo is concerned, I don't think it's one of your better ones to be honest.
The composition is a bit on-the-nose, with the whole stream smack dab in the middle of the picture, and I can't seem to find any real focal point to rest my eyes on, they just keep wandering all over. But maybe this was intentional.
Lastly, i feel (and this is more about personal taste than actual critique) that the picture looks underexposed, which is strange since you obviously used a relatively long shutter since the more rapid water is blurred. Either the scene was really dark or you took the exposure down a few notches in post.
But then, that's just me. I really like snow scenes bright, crisp and sharp.
Also, the branches in the bottom right are a bit bothersome.

It is a nice picture. Just, if I'm to be frank, not up to your usual standards.

Don't take this critique too harshly though, I'm not anywhere near being a professional photographer, just an enthusiastic amateur.
