There´s usually no river in the wood, just in spring, when the snow on the mountains is melting. I was waiting for years to see this wonder of nature, a temporal carstic spring.
Oh my god. This has to be the most beautiful free stock background I've ever seen. Thank you for sharing it. If I can offer one critique, it would be this: There is no room for an artist to add anything to it. I mean I could add a tiny figure in there somewhere getting water or something, but then the image would still be 99.9% background.. One needs to think of these things before taking a photo that is intended for stock use.. If I put a figure in the foreground, it would have to be either floating or risking his life.. It's not just you. Almost all nature stock I see has the same issue. Perhaps it is intended to be a loose reference. If I use it that way, I will still credit you of course. Again, it's a wonderful photo. There is a fantasy feel to it..
Hi, thank you for your critique. I was thinking about that many times before. Stock usage is not only posting figures and animals but also cutting out textures, skies or other parts. But there are also lots of images in my and other galleries that leave enough space to add figures. The point would be to make it easier to find them, cause DA does not have a special gallery for that (at least naturepics are no "premade backgrounds"). I´m thinking about creating a gallery folder for that special stock usage, if you have an idea how to call it, please tell me.
