Mountainscape With River by Burtn Mountainscape With River by Burtn
Sunny mountainscape in Austria. Mount Grossglockner is not hiding his top in clouds, a quite rare view.

Fresh, cool water for the thirsty... like in the old western movies, the man on his belly, all dusty and dirty, sweeping/scooping the water with his sombrero, and his thirsty horse drinking water by his side as well... teehee. ^^

A rare view indeed - I spent 8 days in the Hohe Tauern last month and I didn't see it even once ;]

:)Right, it was not the best summer. But good for the glaciers, they are still covered with snow.

It's such a beautiful shot, it was a pleasure and honor to use it <3 hope I did it justice! What camera and lens do you use for your wider shots? If you don't mind me asking haha.

:)Hi, not easy to answer your question cause I'm collecting cameras. For mountain pictures I prefer the olympus pen series and the 9-18 wideangle lens, because they are very small and light weighted, offer fine image quality though.

Hello! I have used your piece as a reference (because it's so awesome) and have posted it here. I've credited you & linked back to this page in the description. I will probably post it on my deviantArt some time as well. I hope you don't mind... :(
