Found this forest full of little blue flowers. They are blooming in spring as long as the trees have no leaves.

They are blooming in July and August, grow on vertical rock and in altitudes above 6000 ft. You can see some at one of my IDŽs;).

Flowers similar to those, I think bloom everywhere in the fields around where I live. If there's sun, the will grow.
